Directions

My bikini prep plan always has an evening snack. Since I got tested intolerant to egg whites and dairy products, I have been making many protein pancakes. Mostly sweet with berries, but sometimes I like it savoury as well.

So today I tried to make it like an Indian naan bread – just mixing whey isolates powder with home-made green banana flour with a bit of baking powder, you can make an awesome pancake within 4 minutes!

Ghee and pink salts create the most delicious flavour. I haven’t tried it yet, but I can imagine that it would taste amazing with rosemary and garlic.

This recipe can be varied so easily, I could easily eat it with my home-made almond butter if I were bulking! Now I am on a mission to reduce my body fat, 1 tsp of ghee is all I can afford!

Steps

1
Done

Mix protein powder and banana flour with water until you achieve the desired 'pancake' consistency.

2
Done

Melt ghee in the frying pan, when hot, pour the batter. Flip when golden brown. Don't burn it!

3
Done

When another side is golden brown, take it out of the frying pan. Sprinkle some salt.
