1 TBS Green Banana Flour
36g Mashed Banana Small monkey banana
A pinch Baking Powder
140g Blueberries

Wonderfully fluffy, protein pancake without any eggs. 3 main ingredients: whey isolates, mashed banana and green banana flour.

Directions

Normally in order to reach 30g of carbs, I just pour lots of berries over a protein pancake – but at one point, it gets too much. I had a bunch of tiny organic bananas which were so ripe…. so I thought, why not add this little guy in my pancake this morning!? The result: WOOOOOOW! One banana made the pancake so soft and fluffy, I was in heaven!!! The best protein pancake I have ever had! So tempted to put some chocolate over! lol

Mix the ingredients together.

First, mix water with protein powder and banana flour. Then add a banana, mash it with the back of a fork or a whisker.

Make a pancake!

Until golden brown. I use a olive oil spray on a non-stick pan. Works like a magic without adding much calories! if you don't care about fat, use butter, ghee, oil, whatever you like!
